As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling a range of digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your role will involve growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across various industries will be key to your success, making each day unique and rewarding.
Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. The potential for uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses is a significant draw, with year one on-target earnings estimated between $85,000 and $95,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $115,000. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
