Coupang is hiring a Product Operations MD to support the business growth of key brands in their Rocket Delivery service. You'll analyze performance data and propose actionable strategies to enhance sales. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail.
You have over 2 years of experience in online or offline retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles — you understand the intricacies of vendor management and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills and can derive actionable insights from data, enabling you to create effective execution plans. Your proficiency in MS Office and Excel is at an intermediate level or higher, allowing you to manage data efficiently and present it clearly. You are adaptable and can prioritize tasks based on brand needs, ensuring that you meet operational goals effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that is focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Experience in sales or vendor management within the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus. If you have the ability to analyze data using Excel and can communicate in English, that would be advantageous.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for brands participating in Coupang's Rocket Delivery service, supporting their business growth through effective operations management. You will identify operational goals and challenges for brands, proposing and executing actionable solutions to enhance their performance. Your responsibilities will include managing product registrations, inventory, and improving catalog quality to ensure a seamless operational process. You will also plan and execute promotional strategies to boost sales and develop product exposure tactics tailored to each brand's needs. Analyzing performance data will be a key part of your role, as you will derive customized growth strategies and suggest improvements based on your findings. You will collaborate with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and content teams to respond swiftly to brand requests and enhance service satisfaction.
