You are a recent graduate or a coding boot camp graduate with a passion for software development. You hold Thai citizenship and are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. You have a foundational understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python, and are excited to apply your knowledge in real-world projects. You are open to feedback and thrive in a team setting, valuing diverse perspectives and ideas. You are committed to writing clean and iterative code, and you understand the importance of practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Object-Oriented (OO) design. You are ready to embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
As an Associate-Graduate Developer at ThoughtWorks, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers to design software solutions that create significant change for our clients. You will engage in pair programming to write clean and iterative code, utilizing practices like TDD and SOLID principles. You will participate in continuous delivery practices to enhance software delivery speed and work in product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences. Throughout your first year, you will benefit from the First Year Graduate Experience, which includes immersive training at Thoughtworks University and monthly sessions on various topics.
