Job Description

This role conducts risk reviews on carriers with investigatory resources and tools to validate identity. Has responsibility for taking appropriate actions on or accounts to protect Amazon from risk of account Related Account Detection and to prevent /mitigate fraud. The role works towards zero fraud and identify bad actors in the system. The team seeks the best possible trade-off between customer experience and risk related losses, and when they have to make difficult choices, they will err towards the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
This role manages incoming requests while ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate request processing, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to process improvements. You'll analyze trends, prepare reports, and help enhance operational procedures.

Request Management

* Manage incoming privacy-related requests through established channels
* Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely request fulfillment
* Monitor request status and maintain detailed documentation

Stakeholder Coordination

* Work closely with business units, legal, compliance, and technical teams
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
* Effectively manage escalations

Compliance & Documentation

* Maintain thorough documentation of all handling activities and decisions
* Perform quality assurance reviews

Analytics & Reporting

* Track key performance metrics and trends
* Prepare and present regular performance reports

Process Improvement

* Maintain operational procedures and guidelines
* Identify opportunities for process enhancement
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Typical Daily Activities

* Manage incoming privacy requests
* Oversee data collection and verification processes
* Drive escalations as needed
* Participate in team meetings and process discussions
* Contribute to documentation updates

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience with workflow management systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
* Experience in customer service, request management, or a similar governance function- Undergraduate degree- Experience in data analysis and reporting
