Production Lead

Who you are

You are a results-driven individual with strong time management skills, capable of maintaining momentum and keeping employees on task to meet production goals and deadlines. You communicate clearly and respectfully with all co-workers, ensuring effective employee relations. You have a knack for providing clear instructions to employees on how to perform their tasks efficiently, such as maintaining single piece flow on the production line. You are attentive to detail, keeping track of line counts and reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance team or Supervisor. You are also responsible for training new employees on standard operating procedures, ensuring they understand the expectations and processes involved in their roles.

You respect and enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures, as well as adherence to PPE and hygiene policies. You maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following prescribed safety regulations. Occasionally, you may be required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales and measuring spoons, demonstrating your versatility in the production environment. You are comfortable using a computer for data entry and updating production numbers, showcasing your ability to adapt to technology in the workplace.

What you'll do
