TripActions is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead and scale their lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey. You'll focus on maximizing customer engagement and retention through various owned marketing channels. This role requires strong experience in lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision-making.
You are a data-driven lifecycle marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. With at least 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, you have a deep understanding of customer engagement and retention tactics. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, Brand, and Marketing Operations, to drive alignment and impact across the organization. You are results-obsessed and thrive in environments where you can advocate for the resources and tools necessary to unlock growth potential. You possess excellent storytelling skills, enabling you to shape campaign themes and messaging that resonate with customers across various channels.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics platforms will help you make informed decisions and optimize marketing initiatives. A background in B2B marketing or SaaS products will be beneficial in understanding the unique challenges of lifecycle marketing in this space.
As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will architect and lead the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to support customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell initiatives. You will build and prioritize a roadmap that drives revenue and improves customer lifetime value. Your role will involve championing the necessary resources and tooling to maximize the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts. You will serve as the storyteller for lifecycle marketing, partnering with Brand and Product Marketing Managers to shape the tone and voice of campaigns across email, in-app, web, and SMS. You will collaborate closely with Account Management, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Data teams to embed lifecycle logic throughout the customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development and launch of both automated and manual marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with market demands and internal parity.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $138,750—$270,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
