Vanta is seeking a Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead to transform the recruiting team's effectiveness through program management and training. This role focuses on building scalable enablement programs and improving operational excellence. Experience in recruiting operations is essential.

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting operations and program management, with a proven ability to design and implement effective training programs. You excel at simplifying complex processes into clear, actionable guidance, enabling teams to work more efficiently. Your experience includes building scalable enablement programs that enhance recruiter ramp time and improve tool fluency. You are adept at maintaining documentation and creating automation that drives consistency across the hiring lifecycle. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a recruiting environment, and you thrive in a role that allows you to empower others.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with security compliance standards is a plus. You may have worked with various recruiting tools and platforms, enhancing your ability to train others effectively. A background in project management or instructional design would be beneficial, as would any experience in developing internal mobility programs or talent brand initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Recruiting Enablement & Operations Lead at Vanta, you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the recruiting team. This includes building and delivering scalable programs that accelerate recruiter ramp time and improve understanding of the hiring process. You will manage recruiting programs such as Talent Camp for onboarding recruiters and Hiring Manager Enablement initiatives. Your role will involve creating and maintaining training materials, ensuring that all team members have access to the resources they need to succeed. You will also focus on internal mobility programs, helping to facilitate career growth within the organization. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of the recruiting team, driving operational excellence and consistency in the hiring process.
