You have over 7 years of full stack development experience, adept at building and scaling applications that drive automation and insights. Your expertise spans both front-end and back-end technologies, allowing you to create seamless user experiences and robust server-side logic. You thrive in cloud-native environments and are comfortable working with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your deep knowledge of Java and React enables you to design and maintain end-to-end web applications that meet business needs. You understand the importance of integrating with internal and external APIs, ensuring that your applications communicate effectively with other systems. You are also familiar with cloud services, particularly AWS, and have experience in implementing secure and efficient data flows.

You are a proactive collaborator who enjoys mentoring others and participating in architectural discussions. Your experience with CI/CD automation tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions allows you to streamline deployment processes and enhance the reliability of your services. You are committed to optimizing applications for performance and observability, ensuring that they meet the highest standards.

Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable APIs is a plus. Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools will help you contribute to analytics and data pipeline projects. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills that could enhance the team's capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications and services that leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies. You will build scalable APIs and microservices that support automation, analytics, and data pipelines, playing a crucial role in the development of intelligent insights and workflow automation.

You will collaborate closely with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to integrate AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, and Redshift into your applications. Your responsibilities will include implementing secure data flows between services and front-end applications, ensuring that data is handled efficiently and securely.

You will own the CI/CD automation for your services, utilizing tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions to streamline deployment and enhance the reliability of your applications. Your role will also involve optimizing applications for performance, reliability, and observability, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and stakeholders.

Participating in code reviews and architectural discussions will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to share your expertise and mentor other engineers. You will contribute to system design documentation and internal tooling improvements, helping to enhance the overall development process within the team.
