As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients to understand their needs. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your position. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you meet and exceed your sales targets.
Hibu provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $54,000 and the potential for on-target earnings between $105,000 and $135,000 in your first two years.
