Block is seeking a Communications Strategist to define the communications and change management strategy for knowledge management. You'll work to ensure effective communication across internal teams and partners. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
You have a strong background in communications strategy, ideally with experience in change management and knowledge management. You understand how to craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences and can adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders. You are skilled in building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that information is shared effectively. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining high standards in all communications. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will define and implement the communications strategy that supports knowledge management initiatives across Block. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that changes in knowledge management processes are communicated clearly and effectively. You will develop governance for change communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will collaborate with BPO frontline advocates and Risk Operations partners to facilitate the adoption of new knowledge management practices. You will analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to knowledge management communications. Your work will directly impact how knowledge is shared and utilized within the organization, contributing to a culture of transparency and collaboration.
