You excel at building relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their technical landscape, and aligning solutions to their objectives. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and driving product adoption, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with Docker's platform.
You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers and Product teams. Your experience in conducting technical and business reviews allows you to demonstrate value realization effectively. You are skilled at anticipating risks and addressing customer concerns before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Experience with Docker's platform or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with cloud computing and containerization will help you understand customer needs better. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies for customer success. A background in software development or engineering can enhance your ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
