Lyft is seeking a Firmware Engineer for their Urban Solutions team to develop and deliver micromobility hardware offerings. You'll work with technologies like Embedded Linux, C, and C++. This position requires strong technical skills and collaboration with hardware and operations teams.
You have a strong background in firmware development, particularly with Embedded Linux, and are proficient in programming languages such as C and C++. Your experience includes working on hardware projects, where you've contributed to the development of innovative solutions. You are familiar with microcontroller programming and have hands-on experience with Arduino or similar platforms. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects move forward smoothly. Experience with micromobility hardware, such as electric bikes or scooters, is a plus.
