As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to excel in your role. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field activities. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.
