Who you are

You are a skilled Technical Business Analyst with at least three years of applicable IT experience, particularly in large application initiatives. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage in both business-level discussions and technical conversations with peers, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.

You have experience working with web-based application development teams and are familiar with agile environments, which enhances your ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Your proficiency in diagnosing application issues by reviewing log files is complemented by your familiarity with tools like Splunk or similar APM tools, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Your working knowledge of RESTful API concepts, including experience with OpenAPI and Postman, equips you to contribute to the development and integration of APIs that enhance user experiences. You are also proficient in handling JSON files and have a solid understanding of database concepts, which supports your role in bridging technical and business needs.

What you'll do

As a Technical Business Analyst at CI&T, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your work will focus on driving a superior user experience while supporting application development.

You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives. This involves participating in project planning sessions, providing insights based on your analysis, and helping to define project scopes and deliverables. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this role.

In addition to requirement gathering, you will be responsible for diagnosing application issues by reviewing log files and utilizing tools like Splunk to identify and resolve problems. Your familiarity with RESTful APIs will enable you to contribute to the design and implementation of APIs that enhance application functionality and user experience.
