You have experience in risk management, particularly in payments, e-commerce, or fintech, where you've successfully mitigated digital and card-not-present risks. Your background includes working in Trust & Safety roles, giving you a solid understanding of risk schemes, prevention methods, and detection tools. You thrive in high-growth technology environments and have experience managing operational processes that support responsible market growth. Your ability to assess risks and opportunities is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with financial partners and merchants.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing User Policy operational processes that are crucial for instilling trust among users and partners. You will assess various risks and opportunities, ensuring that the operational processes align with Stripe's mission to enhance the global economy. Your role will involve managing escalations and providing timely resolutions to issues that arise, all while collaborating with a vibrant team in Mexico City. You will also be expected to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
