Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Startup Account Executive to lead a team focused on driving adoption of AI solutions in the startup ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management. You'll collaborate with various teams to define and execute the startup go-to-market strategy.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the startup ecosystem, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to design and execute effective sales strategies that align with company-wide initiatives. You understand the importance of responsible AI deployment and are committed to ensuring that your team adheres to high standards while driving revenue growth.
You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and go-to-market leadership. Your ability to develop and optimize sales processes ensures scalable engagement with startups at various stages of growth, from seed stage to hypergrowth. You are passionate about empowering startups to unlock new use cases and achieve breakthrough results with innovative AI solutions.
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the startup ecosystem. You are comfortable navigating complex sales environments and have a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by startups. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, encouraging your team to excel in their roles.
In this role, you will build and lead a team of Startup Account Executives, implementing the broader startup ecosystem strategy through effective sales execution and team development. You will design and execute regional or segment-specific sales strategies that align with company-wide startup initiatives. Your focus will be on developing and optimizing sales processes that enable scalable startup engagement while maintaining high standards of responsible AI deployment.
You will partner with other startup ecosystem team leads across partnerships, developer relations, and account management to ensure coordinated execution of startup programs. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving adoption of Anthropic's cutting-edge AI solutions, and you will work closely with product teams to define and execute the startup go-to-market strategy.
