Fireblocks is seeking a Network Business Development professional to lead their Network in APAC. You'll drive growth by fostering relationships with key industry players and expanding the Network footprint. This role requires strong relationship management and business development skills.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the financial services or blockchain sectors. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with key partners such as exchanges, banks, and custodians. You are results-driven and understand the complexities of the digital asset landscape, enabling you to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, with additional regional languages being a bonus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving the adoption of innovative solutions in the blockchain space.
Experience in the digital asset or blockchain industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with Off-Exchange Settlement and the ability to conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to learning, with a keen interest in the evolving landscape of digital assets.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Fireblocks Network in the APAC region. You will drive the growth strategy by fostering strong relationships with exchanges, fiat partners, and other key network providers. Your primary focus will be on the adoption of Off-Exchange Settlement among clients and venues in the region. You will identify and onboard new strategic partners, conducting market research to uncover emerging opportunities and trends. Additionally, you will represent the Fireblocks Network at industry events, showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits to potential partners. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration with the Business Lead, Product, and R&D teams.
