You'll collaborate with various departments to deliver scalable solutions and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong project management skills and experience with HRIS systems.
You have 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, specifically with Workday, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Your strong project management and facilitation skills enable you to drive process improvements and ensure compliance across various HR functions. You are a people-focused leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to deliver high-quality data and reliable integrations. You understand the importance of creating a great employee experience and are committed to developing a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Integration Analysts.
Experience with other HR technologies and a background in Human Capital Management (HCM) will be beneficial. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can improve HR processes and employee engagement.
In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for Workday across Human Capital Management and adjacent modules. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Workday platform, ensuring its health and effectiveness in supporting business decisions.
