Mixpanel is hiring an Account Manager II to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth. You'll work closely with clients across the UK and select EMEA markets, leveraging your expertise in analytics. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the tech or analytics sector. You understand the importance of customer success and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs sets you apart. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics tools to provide insights that help customers maximize their use of Mixpanel. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of managing multiple accounts while ensuring each client receives the attention they deserve.
As an Account Manager II at Mixpanel, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the UK and select markets in France, Benelux, and the Nordics. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of Mixpanel's analytics platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and help them leverage Mixpanel's capabilities to achieve their goals. You will facilitate onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are getting the most value from the platform. You will identify growth opportunities within your accounts and work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement. Your role will also involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback to improve our services. You will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of the Account Management team by sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues.
