Overview

Cohere is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across their tech teams, including Research, Applied ML, and Engineering. This role requires creativity and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent.

Who you are

You are a creative and high-performing Technical Recruiter with experience in full lifecycle recruitment, particularly in the tech sector. You have a proven track record of attracting and recruiting top talent for senior-level roles across engineering teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on new challenges. Your ability to partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders on effective recruiting strategies sets you apart. You are diligent in managing recruiting funnels and have experience with tools like Ashby to streamline the process. You understand the importance of diversity in building great products and are committed to contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Desirable

Experience in recruiting for roles in Research, Applied Machine Learning, and Engineering is a plus. Familiarity with talent projects and initiatives that enhance the recruitment process will be beneficial. You are someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to introduce new ideas to improve talent acquisition strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a world-class full lifecycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting and recruiting top talent for a large volume of senior-level roles across engineering teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission. Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting funnel, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for influencing hiring decisions and providing insights to improve recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will take the lead on talent projects that enhance the overall recruitment process and contribute to the company's growth.
