Celonis is seeking a Senior Cloud Partner Director to develop and manage Go-To-Market activities with cloud partners in Italy. You'll leverage your expertise in AI and cloud technologies to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
You have extensive experience in partnership management, particularly within the cloud and AI sectors — your background includes developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies that align with sales objectives. You are comfortable engaging with C-Level executives and have a consultative approach to sales that emphasizes business outcomes. Your ability to foster strong relationships with partners is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify new business opportunities and expand into new verticals.
You possess a strong understanding of the cloud landscape and the major Hyperscalers — your knowledge of AI capabilities enhances your ability to pitch value propositions effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and can align cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You are proactive in seeking out new partnerships and have a track record of successfully managing partner relationships that drive revenue growth. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that your initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
In this role, you will define and implement a holistic Go-To-Market plan that focuses on maximizing the value of partnerships with cloud and AI companies in Italy. You will manage the joint pipeline and oversee day-to-day activities related to these partnerships, ensuring alignment with Celonis' sales teams and regional priorities. Your responsibilities will include attracting and developing senior relationships with partners, expanding into new strategic areas, and executing events that promote collaboration and engagement.
You will be responsible for pitching the value proposition of Celonis partnerships at all levels, particularly at the C-Level, adopting a consultative sales approach that emphasizes business outcomes. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and partner capabilities, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits of collaboration with Celonis. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure that partner initiatives align with overall business objectives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
