Overview

Dropbox is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered security and data governance solutions. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for innovative security products, focusing on AI-driven features. This role requires experience in AI and data security.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in AI and data security, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives. Your experience includes building and scaling data ingestion systems and platforms, and you understand the complexities of data access governance and data loss prevention (DLP). You are familiar with AI/SaaS products and have insights into the security risks associated with using AI in enterprise environments. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven technologies and a passion for security solutions is a plus. You have a keen interest in the SMB and mid-market sectors, and you are adept at identifying market opportunities and crafting compelling product visions. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive user adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of next-generation security products, integrating advanced governance capabilities into Dropbox's offerings. You will define and execute an AI-driven roadmap, focusing on intelligent features that enhance access control and proactively detect security risks. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of SMB and mid-market businesses. You will also be tasked with expanding Dropbox's impact in the security market, crafting a clear value proposition that differentiates our offerings.
