Americas Logistics-Outbound Program Manager

Outbound Logistics - Program manager oversees collaboration with cross functional internal partners as lead for outbound logistics operations related to specific fulfillment channels . We hope you will consider joining our team! - Identification and management of designated Logistics projects and programs to improve overall logistics execution to improve customer satisfaction - Development and execution of appropriate SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) in Americas transportation network in support of the various AMR business segments - Working and planning with supplier base on key events such as Peak season and New Product Introductions. - Development and execution of transportation strategy in support of Americas Logistics region - Working with cross functional teams within the Americas Operations team to introduce, develop and implement new transportation programs while also providing key business management reporting on the Americas transportation network performance. - Partnering with cross functional teams on identifying and implementing quantifiable cost savings. - Development of team dashboards using Tableau/ThoughtSpot to improve overall Apple service to customers - Management/support of cross functional team identified projects directly related to domestic logistics transportation
