You understand the importance of security and reliability, ensuring that the codebase is robust and proactively addressing vulnerabilities. Your experience with React enables you to contribute to user interface oversight, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences. You are committed to optimizing performance, profiling and benchmarking the codebase to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of development. What you'll do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at NICE, you will be welcomed into our Engineering department, where you will work within cross-functional, verticalized development teams focused on delivering continuous improvements and developing new products. You will build impactful software solutions that efficiently address customer needs, ensuring that your code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices. You will oversee user interface contributions, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and user-friendly. Your role will involve driving operational excellence by implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and end-to-end performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with our Product Support, QA, and SRE teams to ensure the stability and success of our products, constantly looking to innovate and overcome new challenges. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
