You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that drive growth and engagement. You excel in leading design projects from discovery to delivery, leveraging research and user feedback to inform your decisions. Your expertise in Figma allows you to create elegant and functional designs that resonate with users. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a design-centric environment, working closely with product teams to achieve shared goals.

You understand the importance of data in design and are comfortable using metrics to guide your design choices. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to think holistically about the user journey enables you to design solutions that address complex problems effectively. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously iterating on your designs to improve outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization is a plus, as is familiarity with growth strategies in digital products. You may have worked in a fast-paced startup environment, where you learned to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively. A background in UX research or usability testing would further enhance your ability to create impactful designs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design of early-journey discovery and growth experiences across Squarespace's Domains & Email surfaces. You will create rational, elegant solutions to complex design challenges, thinking holistically about the cross-surface user journey. Your responsibilities will include designing usable and creative concepts that influence product and growth strategy, ensuring that each design decision is backed by research and user feedback.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape and elevate the customer experience through measurable outcomes. Your work will span concept development, experimentation, and the creation of scalable UX patterns that support growth across multiple teams and surfaces. You will also contribute to the definition of OKRs and product goals, ensuring alignment with the overall company mission.
