Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to support the CFO organization in driving financial planning processes and operational changes. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a high-growth environment.
You have a strong background in finance with at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial planning and analysis. You are a structured thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of delivering value quickly while managing multiple tasks. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-organizational partners and lead a team by example. Your experience includes developing and implementing financial planning processes, including budgeting and multi-year forecasting, ensuring scalability for high-growth environments.
Experience in a technology or cloud infrastructure company is a plus. Familiarity with best practices in financial governance and executive reporting will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working under tight deadlines and have a proven track record of operationalizing change at scale.
In this role, you will lead the evolution of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function at Crusoe, ensuring that systems and processes are robust enough to support the company's rapid expansion. You will own the end-to-end creation of executive and board governance materials, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity. You will collaborate closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities and drive operational improvements across the organization. Your leadership will guide a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
