Key Responsibilities

  • Help your team grow their technical and non-technical skills to deliver better products.
  • Evaluate and improve UX processes to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Own high-level design timelines and adapt approaches to fit project needs.
  • Lead rapid sketching, wireframing, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Create information architecture diagrams to document workflows and hierarchies.
  • Contribute to evolving our agile, user-first design methodology with best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure usability standards are met before release.
  • Drive design consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and align teams around user needs.

Must-have Skills

  • 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer in digital products or applications.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of: Information Architecture, Content Design, User Research, Interaction Design, Interface Design, or Product Design.
  • Strong background in UX Design, with relevant education (degree or certifications).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, spoken, and visual).
  • Ability to balance using existing design systems with creating new patterns when needed.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc.).
  • Proven initiative and ownership to drive projects to completion.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Fast learner who values precision and iteration (“measure twice, cut once”).
