What you'll do

As a Software Engineer II on the Billing & Monetization team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Klaviyo's payment infrastructure — your work will directly impact how customers manage their subscriptions and payments. You will design and implement features that track product usage and ensure accurate billing for our customers. Collaborating with product managers and designers, you will help create intuitive interfaces that allow users to understand their spending and subscription details. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring they are scalable and efficient as Klaviyo continues to grow. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to uphold high standards of software quality. You will engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise in production, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
