Who you are

You have over 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing organization-wide programs that drive impactful results. Your leadership experience spans more than 5 years, during which you've successfully managed and developed high-performing teams in the L&D space. You possess deep expertise in leadership development, enabling you to architect comprehensive development programs that empower employees at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders.

You are skilled in creating transformative learning experiences that combine various approaches, including self-led and instructor-led training. Your ability to partner across the organization allows you to create a learning portfolio that strengthens company culture while measuring meaningful impact on business outcomes. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organizational learning, ensuring that your team remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of learning and development programs. You will oversee the development of learning pathways and blended learning experiences, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your leadership will guide the establishment of coaching and mentoring programs, as well as the design of continuing education initiatives for legal and security professionals.

You will facilitate team development workshops, helping to build team capability and set strategic direction. Implementing measurement frameworks to demonstrate program impact will be a key responsibility, as will fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your role will also require you to travel internationally, collaborating with global teams to enhance learning experiences across different regions.
