Skello is seeking a Head of Sales to manage and inspire their sales teams while optimizing sales processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales management.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and driving performance. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and tools, and you are adept at monitoring KPIs to ensure your teams meet their targets. You have experience in recruiting and promoting talent within sales teams, guiding them on their career paths. You are skilled at organizing team activities, ensuring a balance between production time and administrative duties. Your coaching abilities allow you to train and develop team leaders effectively, fostering a culture of growth and success.
Experience in the HR tech industry or a similar field would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales tools and processes that optimize commercial performance. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to enhance team performance.
As the Head of Sales at Skello, you will manage a diverse sales team, including two Account Executive Team Leaders and two Business Development Representative Team Leaders, along with a larger group of BDRs and AEs. Your primary mission will be to inspire and lead your teams by example, ensuring they embody the company's values in their daily operations. You will oversee the recruitment and promotion of sales personnel, helping them navigate their career paths within the organization.
You will be responsible for organizing the daily life of your teams, which includes managing production time, administrative tasks, team meetings, and individual check-ins. Your leadership will drive engagement and motivation, pushing your teams towards achieving their sales targets and fostering a sense of professional fulfillment.
In addition to team management, you will also focus on optimizing sales processes and tools. You will monitor all KPIs related to your teams' performance, ensuring that sales tools are used effectively and that commercial processes are streamlined. You will contribute to defining quotas and forecasts, assigning leads based on established criteria, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the efficiency of your sales operations.
