Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide and support their largest customers in adopting IoT solutions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer success and maximizing the value derived from Samsara's products. This position requires experience in customer success and implementation.
You have a strong background in customer success or implementation, ideally within the technology or IoT space. You understand the importance of guiding customers through their journey and ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with enterprise clients. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and addressing them effectively, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and product teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of enterprise-level implementations, ensuring that customers feel supported throughout their lifecycle with Samsara.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and guiding enterprise customers as they adopt Samsara's IoT solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for these strategic customers, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively.
