You understand the importance of preparing vehicles properly for paintwork, including priming and sanding. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle looks its best before it reaches the customer. You are open to learning and growing in your role, as Carvana offers training programs to help you develop your skills further.

What you'll do

As an Auto Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for cosmetic paintwork. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, and buffing to ensure a smooth surface for painting. You will also be involved in paint mixing and touch-up work, utilizing state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality of the vehicles that Carvana sells, and you will work closely with other team members to ensure that every vehicle meets the company's high standards.
