What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze catalog issues reported by sellers and monitor product listings to identify root causes of errors. You will design actionable improvement plans based on your analysis and work closely with relevant departments to implement these changes. Your responsibilities will include documenting system error requests to prevent recurrence and managing project progress to ensure timely execution of improvements. You will gather feedback during the improvement process and incorporate it into your strategies. Utilizing analytical techniques such as the 5 Whys, you will document findings and communicate them effectively to your team and stakeholders.
