What you'll do

As a Resource Manager at AKQA, you will act as the primary point of contact for all resource requests, ensuring that the right talent is allocated to meet project demands. You will input and maintain all project bookings, approved absences, and resource allocations in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve coordinating freelance needs and managing team capacity across international projects, allowing you to play a central role in resource planning. You will partner closely with Client Services and Project Management to shape teams that respond effectively to project requirements. Your efforts will contribute to achieving high utilization across the team, ultimately delivering impressive returns for our clients.
