Tanium is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee high-profile projects and ensure customers maximize their use of Tanium technology. This role requires fluency in Japanese and proficiency in Enterprise IT tools.
You have a strong background in managing technical projects, with a focus on ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Japanese is a mandatory requirement for this role, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. You are technically proficient with Enterprise IT tools and understand how to operate Tanium technology to deliver value to customers. Your experience includes acting as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring that project objectives are met and best practices are implemented. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to drive project success. You are adept at identifying and overcoming barriers to implementation, ensuring that customers achieve their goals with Tanium products.
In this role, you will independently manage complex technical projects, coordinating with customers and partners to meet agreed objectives. You will develop and manage project plans that prioritize customer success criteria and milestones, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. Your responsibilities will include acting as a champion for Tanium best practices, advocating for customer requirements, and ensuring a stable and performant Tanium infrastructure. You will report on project progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication between teams to drive project success. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the Enterprise Services Team.
