Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with growth opportunities.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You are passionate about reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process, and you thrive in a role that allows you to interact with customers directly. Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to convey information clearly and build rapport with customers. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business and our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about our services and vehicles. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation in Theodore. You will work in shifts that may vary from 7am to 9pm, and you will be part of a rotating schedule that includes both weekdays and weekends. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
