Cook - 2nd Shift

Who you are

You are an entry-level cook with a high school diploma or equivalent, and ideally, you have a culinary degree or at least 2 years of experience in the food service industry. You possess basic knife skills and a solid understanding of kitchen equipment, and you are willing to obtain a California food handler card. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, are also part of your skill set.

What you'll do

In this role, you will set up, work, and maintain a clean and safe work station while completing daily prep tasks. You will help the team meet time and quality standards set by your supervisor, cooking and plating completed dishes for service. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment and work/storage areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
