You have experience in people operations and are detail-oriented, ensuring that essential processes are delivered accurately and on time. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in creating smooth, simple processes that enable others to do their best work. You are proactive and resourceful, with a strong understanding of compliance, benefits, and employee data management. You are comfortable operating with a high level of trust and confidentiality, making you a reliable partner to employees and managers alike.
Desirable
Knowledge of labor laws in key markets such as the UK, US, and Croatia is a plus. Familiarity with various HR tools and systems will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that all processes are handled with care. You will take ownership of core people operations, including compliance and employee data management. Collaborating closely with the People team and the wider business, you will act as a detail-driven partner, helping to strengthen the operational backbone of Fonoaβs people function. Your responsibilities will include managing employee documentation, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be involved in improving existing processes and implementing new ones to enhance the employee experience.
