What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Solutions Engineering team at Posit, working closely with customers to help them evaluate, architect, configure, and deploy our data science tools effectively. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting your team of technical professionals, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing feedback. You will empower your team to deliver efficient solutions that accelerate product adoption and ensure long-term customer technical health. You will also collaborate with IT and SysAdmin groups to resolve issues and navigate complex environments, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our products.
