Desirable

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Stablecoins team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers BitGo's Stablecoin-as-a-Service platform. This includes deploying smart contracts and managing on-chain operations such as minting, burning, and cross-chain bridging. You will work closely with fintech partners and financial institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while enabling them to launch their own stablecoins. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services for order management and policy enforcement. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the systems you work on, ensuring they are robust and scalable. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring that BitGo's services remain reliable and secure.

BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 CAD, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
