What you'll do

As the Team Lead in Market Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the local Carvana hub, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of Customer Advocates, providing guidance and support as they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve overseeing market launches, managing logistics, and ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet the demands of their roles.
