DoorDash is seeking a Manager of Data Strategy to lead B2B marketing initiatives across various channels. You'll work closely with performance and lifecycle marketing teams to enhance targeting and measurement strategies. This role requires expertise in data pipelines and analytics tools.
You have 5+ years of experience in data strategy and marketing technology, with a strong background in building data pipelines and analytics frameworks. You understand how to leverage data to drive marketing performance and have experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
You possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and have successfully implemented data-driven approaches to optimize marketing spend and improve customer targeting. Your experience with CRM systems, web analytics, and attribution modeling enables you to architect effective measurement frameworks that demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on collaboration and innovation.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs) is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, and various BI tools will set you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can balance technical execution with high-level planning, ensuring that marketing technology aligns with business objectives.
In this role, you will lead the data strategy for DoorDash's B2B marketing efforts, focusing on performance and owned channels. You will collaborate with the Performance and Lifecycle Marketing teams to enhance revenue through improved targeting, personalization, and measurement. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining data pipelines that connect various marketing tools, including MAP/CRM, web analytics, and data warehouses. You will also standardize tracking across channels and develop reporting mechanisms that clearly illustrate how marketing spend translates into pipeline and revenue.
You will architect the attribution approach for marketing campaigns, ensuring that all channels are effectively measured and optimized. By leveraging your technical skills, you will enable teams to segment audiences and personalize messaging, ultimately driving better engagement and conversion rates. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable strategies that support business growth.
