Vacasa is hiring a Local Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication and handy-person skills, with a focus on team development and property management.
You have a strong background in operations management, with experience leading teams and optimizing workflows. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively support both guests and property owners. You are handy and comfortable with basic maintenance tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and guests have a positive experience. You understand the importance of building trust and fostering a supportive team environment, and you are committed to the professional growth of your team members. You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals. Overseeing daily operations and workflow management of your assigned portfolio of properties will be a key responsibility, as you work to optimize processes and enhance guest satisfaction. You will also be the point of contact for guests needing assistance, whether it’s troubleshooting issues over the phone or providing guidance on property features. Your hands-on approach will ensure that all properties meet Vacasa’s high standards of quality and service.
Vacasa offers a competitive salary of $49,184 per year, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, and education. Eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
