Overview

Bloomerang is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to establish a quantitative foundation for their Product Growth Team. You'll focus on optimizing conversion through data-informed strategies and possess deep expertise in product analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in experimentation practices.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex user behavior into actionable growth strategies. Your expertise in statistical rigor allows you to design and own end-to-end experimentation practices effectively. You thrive in a mission-driven culture and are passionate about leveraging data to drive impact for nonprofits.

Your background includes proficiency in SQL and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, enabling you to analyze user data and derive insights that inform product decisions. You are comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that your quantitative insights align with broader business goals.

You possess a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and can design experiments that optimize user conversion rates. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail empower you to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the product.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools and a solid grasp of user experience principles would be beneficial. Familiarity with nonprofit sector challenges and metrics can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Analyst at Bloomerang, you will play a critical role in establishing the quantitative foundation for the newly formed Product Growth Team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing conversion through data-informed iteration and optimization. You will design and implement A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive product improvements.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that your findings are integrated into the product development process. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner will be essential in influencing product strategy and decision-making.

In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for owning the experimentation practice, from hypothesis generation to analysis and reporting. You will leverage your statistical expertise to ensure that experiments are designed rigorously and that results are interpreted accurately.

You will also monitor key performance indicators and user metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on product performance and growth opportunities. Your insights will help shape the direction of product development and contribute to the overall mission of empowering nonprofits.
