In this role, you will partner with the CTO and technology leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that align with Marshmallow's mission and values. You will work closely with teams in Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, and Product to ensure a consistent and high-quality people experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You will support leadership capability development and help create an environment where teams are empowered and engaged. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that promote inclusivity and collaboration, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You will also play a key role in shaping organizational design and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
