You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment — you've successfully scaled initiatives from inception to execution and understand the nuances of commercial strategy. You are comfortable working at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and digital marketing, and you thrive in cross-functional collaboration. You have a proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious KPIs and revenue goals, aligning stakeholders to deliver results. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate customer insights into actionable strategies, and you are adept at building operational playbooks that drive growth across multiple markets.
Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product-led growth. You are a builder at heart, excited about launching new initiatives and scaling them effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and rally teams around shared goals.
In this role, you will define and own growth targets for DoorDash's Commerce Platform, ensuring that the team meets ambitious KPIs through disciplined execution. You will launch and scale go-to-market playbooks that integrate product marketing, sales, and digital marketing efforts to drive growth.
