Arcesium is seeking a Product Lead for their Reconciliation team to drive product roadmap and requirements. You'll collaborate with developers and clients to enhance product features. This role requires strong product management skills and experience in financial technology.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in financial technology. You possess the ability to deeply understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with developers, operations teams, and clients to prioritize features and drive product adoption.
You are proactive and take ownership of your work, ensuring that development and testing align with business requirements. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct competitive analysis and contribute to crafting the product strategy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute from day one.
Experience in reconciliation or payments products would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
