What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day responsibilities of your team, ensuring that they are focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining existing applications. You will conduct regular 1:1s with developers to provide coaching and support their career development plans. Your strong architectural guidance will help the team navigate technical challenges and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also support the planning of cross-team initiatives, including feedback cycles, Demo Days, and Hackathons, to foster collaboration and innovation.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to build new features and enhance existing ones, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for AI-driven tools and process improvements, driving velocity enhancements through exceptional processes, architecture, and tooling. You will enable your team to deliver code that is focused on scalability, testability, supportability, and maintainability, ensuring that the applications are robust and efficient.
