You are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, allowing you to perform your duties effectively. You are comfortable with basic inspections and can communicate effectively with your colleagues to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. This includes washing and vacuuming all inventory on a regular basis, ensuring that each vehicle is presented in the best possible condition. You will conduct multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, and ensuring that fuel levels and safety features are in order. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

In addition to vehicle maintenance, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and communication. You will have the opportunity to learn about the automotive industry and develop skills that can lead to further career opportunities within Carvana. Your role will be crucial in supporting the overall operations of the Market Hub, contributing to a positive customer experience.
