Overview

Grammarly is seeking a Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing (B2B) to lead and scale their B2B paid acquisition efforts. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in acquisition strategies that drive growth across various segments. With at least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, you understand the nuances of customer acquisition and lead generation in a competitive landscape. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always seeking innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or productivity software space is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. A background in data analysis and performance metrics will help you make informed decisions and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the B2B acquisition marketing team, setting the vision and strategy for paid acquisition efforts across Commercial, Education, and Enterprise segments. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Your hands-on approach will involve managing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborating with product and sales teams, you will ensure that marketing initiatives effectively communicate the value of Superhuman's offerings. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
